[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#1000788: exiv2: Update version to >=0.27.4 to enable CR3 support

Dear Maintainer,

the current version 0.27.3 has lack of CR3 support. CR3 is the new RAW format used by Canon EOS R cameras. Upgrading exiv2
to a new version with CR3 support also allows other projects (e.g. Darktable) the processing of CR3 files.
Support for CR3 was initial added by PR #1448 (https://github.com/Exiv2/exiv2/pull/1448).
