The RPATH contains the build path resulting in different builds.

The attached patch to debian/rules pesses
-DCMAKE_BUILD_RPATH_USE_ORIGIN=ON to configure, which should result in
relative paths for RPATH.

This patch does not resolve all reproducibility issues, but
significantly reduces the diff between builds.
