[Pkg-kde-extras] Packaging Calamares Extensions

Hello,

The Mobian team has been maintaining Calamares Extensions [0][1] outside 
of Debian to allow for a phone based on-device installer. I would like 
to bring this package into Debian, both for it's mobile module and for 
other future modules it may include.

While the package is currently being maintained by the Mobian team, we 
believe it would be better placed in the Debian KDE Extras Team 
alongside Calamares. I would appreciate your advice and help importing 
the package if you agree. I have not yet submitted an ITP, that will be 
my first step after this discussion.

I am happy to continue maintaining this package. However, I am not a 
Debian Maintainer and QT/C++ is not my main language, so having the 
support of the KDE Extras Team would be greatly appreciated.
