Dear Maintainer,

I cannot load any video into Subtitle Composer. After I select a video 
from the "Open Video..." option, the video does not appear, and standard 
error shows this message:

Option refcounted_frames not found.
     Last message repeated 1 times
Failed to open file '[path to video file]'

This has been fixed upstream in the following Git commit:
https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/subtitlecomposer/-/commit/d8f9797d9c0d45fa9f4402f79c539544b74d2cc7

There is no new upstream release with the fix yet, but the patch should 
be fairly simple to apply.
