[Pkg-kde-extras] kirigami-addons_0.11.0-0_amd64.changes REJECTED

Hey,

kirigami-addons_0.11.0-1 was already uploaded last August 2023 and Thorsten 
from the ftpmasters ask a question that never got answered, so the package got 
rejected after several months of no response.

I attached the mails sent by Thosten. 

I also try to answer the questions from Thosten:

> is there a reason why you added a separate package for each module? Wouldn't 
it be better to have all addons in only one package?

The reason to split the parts to different package is, Especially in this 
package: The qml modules are separated from each other and are completely 
independent from each other. Additionally they may move to another source 
package. 

Inside the Qt/KDE team we have our QML modules packaging guidelines:

Sure the guideline is not a reason by it self, but current team practice, that 
works very well at the moment.

Please give us more input, if we should change the guideline.
