[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#1095442: kmymoney: Reports plugin missing

The reports plugin is missing.

This was introduced as a fix for:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1086478

However, it disables a significant portion of the functionality of the package.

There currently is no KDE 6 version available, but it looks like they are getting close.

This bug report is a reminder to reenable the reports plugin once the KDE 6 version is
released by adding back in the build depends on libkchart-dev.
