[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#1095625: kmymoney: Re-enable Reports plugin

The reports view was disabled in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1086478 since it's not
currently possible to build it in Debian.

While this doesn't make the package unusable for all use cases, it's a very
important piece of functionality, especially as we get close to tax time in
many countries.

Therefore I am filing this bug so that we don't lose track of re-enabling
this as soon as possible.

In the meantime, I suspect many users will need to switch back to a Debian
stable machine in order to do some of their banking.
