The files contained in src/singleapp/ are not MIT-licensed as claimed by the .license files contained therein but they add a non-free clause:

// Permission is not granted to use this software or any of the associated files
// as sample data for the purposes of building machine learning models.

Please repack the source so you get a free version (older versions might still work or dropping it).
Upstream might be interested in this because they probably do not want to ship non-free software or at least correct the SPDX IDs.
