[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#1121429: kmymoney: the reportview plugin is missing

I think the fix is simply that it needs to Build-Depends on libkchart-dev 
(which is currently version 3.0.1-4, and works with Qt 6) instead of 
libkchart2-dev (which is the Qt 5 version).
