[Pkg-kde-extras] lensfun - can we put 0.3.95 into unstable?

To make progress, I allowed the merge request for experimental (#3, above).  
The CI build succeeded.  Is there a reason to keep the latest version in 
experimental?  It was uploaded in August 2023 -- could we put it into unstable 
now?
