[Pkg-kde-extras] Want to help package plasma-keyboard and plasma-login-manager

Hello all,

I want to help package plasma-keyboard and plasma-login-manager. Is there anyone else already working on it?

And I have one question for plasma-login-manager. Since Debian supports multiple init systems(systemd openrc runit) and plasma-login-manager has a hard dependency on systmed, should we keep it or should we patch it so it can be usable under other init system even if upstream doesn't want to do so?

If patch is the case, should we at least wait for Gentoo community to finish their package first since they provide support for init system openrc?
