[Pkg-kde-extras] Need a sponsor for package kjournald

Hello all,

I just finish the package for app kjournald, currently it still has one lintian warning, which I'll try to solve it not long. 

Could someone please check it? The address for this repo is https://salsa.debian.org/ybx332/kjournald.

Currently it has no polikit support, so you must run it with root permission to view system-level logs.
