[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#1130591: digikam: cannot start due to missing libOpenEXR-3_1.so.30

Dear maintainer,

digikam fails to start due to a missing library:

$ digikam
digikam: error while loading shared libraries: libOpenEXR-3_1.so.30: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
$

This wasn't the case a few days ago (last week or so).

Note that I have libopenexr-3-1-30 installed but that doesn't help, as
it “only” provides /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libOpenEXR-3_4.so.33 which
doesn't have the required SONAME. Seeing the libopenexr-3-1-30 package
name, could this be a bug in libopenexr-3-1-30 rather than in digikam?
In which case, sorry for the inconvenience and feel free to reassign, of
course.
