[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#1130693: digikam fails to start with an error while loading shared libraries.

Hello,

When I start digikam I encounter this error:
     $ digikam
     digikam: error while loading shared libraries: libOpenEXR-3_1.so.30: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Indeed, the version of the  library LibOpenEXR-3-1-30 is 3.4.6+ds-2.
The package doesn't provide libOpenEXR-3_1.so.30 but
libOpenEXR-3_4.so.33. I wonder if digikam (or one of its depends) needs a rebuild with the new
version of LibOpenEXR-3-1-30.

Notice, digikam is not the only soft impacted. Swayimg has the same
issue.
