[Pkg-kde-extras] qt-advanced-docking-system updated (Build-Depends of labplot)

Hi.

I'm the maintainer of qt-advanced-docking-system, and I'd like to make a
major version update. I have one reverse Build-Depends: labplot. This
builds with no issues against the updated
libqt-advanced-docking-system-dev. Since this is my only reverse
Build-Depends, and since it builds ok, I'd like to make my update
without going through the full transition process. Would this be OK with
yall?

I uploaded the updated libqt-advanced-docking-system-dev and
libqt-advanced-docking-system5 packages to experimental, in case you
want to test.
