[Pkg-kde-talk] error after update

Dear all,

I successfully updated my Debian to kde 3.4. All seems
to work well, but my k-menu is empty and when I try to
start the (also completely empty) control center I get
the following:

" kcontrol:
WARNING: No K menu group with X-KDE-BaseGroup=settings
found !
Defaulting to Settings/ "

I assume that kde doesnt find the right path to the
settings. But which path put and where is the
appropriate config file?
