* patches/common : purposefully absent, updating libtool caused a number
of problems last time I checked

* cdbs : I was not sure how to handle this, the other kde packages don't
seem to have it, so I assumed the maintainers manually copy it over from
trunk/cdbs before build. Am I wrong? I have no problem with doing a "svn
copy" to kdevelop/debian/, quite the opposite actually :)
