Personally I don't see any usecase. Normally you view the documentation
via 'Help>Foo Handbook' or something like this and you are done.
If we really want html docs they can be enabled in CMake btw if I'm not
mistaken.

Please don't do this. Why should all the people have the documentation
two times?
