pre-commit hook aborting on missing wrap-and-sort

ahoy ahoy

since I get ever so annoyed by forgetting to run wrap-and-sort a threw
together a pre-commit hook that aborts if a commit is not
wrap-and-sort clean

available in the git repo pkg-kde/git-hooks

it also contains a readme with setup instructions and whatnot
