Problem is not KDE4 but Qt4. While I do understand that it will difficult to 
get rid of it if we don't remove it on time for Strech it means supporting it 
until ~2019/2020.

I am also expecting some degrading in features due to dependencies not being 
available anymore during Strech preparation time.

If switching to KDE 5 takes us one year then we still have time.
