Getting QtWebChannel ready for upload

Sorry I do not understand that - the copyright lines? If I look at  https://
www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/  I see for the 
paragraph for the copyright lines: "Any formatting is permitted"
How can I make these lines non machine parsable if any format is allowed? 
Can you please explain in more detail what is wrong? Are there any tools to 
test the machine readability?
