Debian packaging of RKWard

Hi Thomas,

Debian package of rkward seems not up-to-date and as I maintain R
packages, I would like to help you with it. If you prefer to maintain
it alone, it is perfectly fine ;-).

So, I saw here [1] that the official Debian packaging repo was moved
to salsa, but it was recently removed from salsa [2]. I (we) am
wondering what is your point of view? Do you want to maintain debian
packaging in your own repository? in salsa? alone ? or with the team?
All answers are fine.
