Please it is only for those packages entered frameworks, so akonadi and all 
other packages under kdepim umbrella still need to create the virtual package. 
But a simple rebuild should remove the dependency against the virtual package.

well if you prepare something for experimental it should depend on kcalcore 
4:19.08.3+really5.69.0-1~ otherwise it can't be built.
