KDE Plasma update to 5.18.5, merge requests

Dear Sandro, dear Pino, dear all,

I have sent Merge Requests for all the plasma packages v5.18.5.

The orig tarballs can be created with the usual uscan --rename, but you
can get the full set (already renamed and with signatures) from here
	https://www.preining.info/plasma-5.18.5-orig-tarballs.tar.gz

> One question concerning Plasma's plasma-browser-integration:
> The layout has changed recently, the full upstream sources are included
> without pristine-tar and upstream branch, is this intended?

This package I have left out for now.
