Please refrain from uploading Qt/KDE packages during the Qt 6.8 transition

Dear Team,

we're in the middle of a big transition with the introduction of Qt 6.8 in unstable.

Please monitor the progress of the transition ([1], [2]) and also refrain from uploading Qt or KDE packages until Qt 6.8 reaches trixie.

With the trixie freeze coming fast it's important we get that transition behind us ASAP.
