I think this should only have been temporary, while the new phonon4settings binary (built against qt6 and replacing phonon4qt5settings) was going through the NEW queue.
It should be good now, could you confirm that the upgrade can now be fully done on your machine ?

The upstream repo has been archived with the last non-translation commit from nov. 2022 so I think we should remove it from Debian.
Copying pkg-kde-talk in case anyone has a diverging opinion.
