Okie.  It might be worth leaving it at 1 I suppose; I added it because I
was paranoid initially.

No, I did read that.  I don't have a problem with moving the maintainer
address but I'm not sure if it would help really.  I suspect what would
happen is that there would be a lot more noise on the debburn list and
that people may unsubscribe.

Perhaps a better medium is to highlight bugs there and new library
releases etc.

I will follow up on debian-devel though.
