I temporarily relaxed to check level in order to verify that there are no 
newly added symbols on certain architectures (kfreensd-*) without breaking the 
build, and it will warn if necessary, but I haven't found the time to review 
the latest build logs carefully.

Yes, we will fall back to full match with some next package uploads.
