[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#993352: Acknowledgement (.socket and .service units fail to start during boot)

I think what happened is that I ran "systemctl preset-all" which enabled 
libvirtd-tcp.socket and libvirtd-tls.socket without me realizing it.
And the resulting setup appears to be broken.
