Bug#975931: should be fixed with pocl 1.6 ?

Because we are back to LLVM 9, due to this regression.

Based on this bug and the generated OpenCL kernel involved I've added a
test to pocl in plain C that exhibits the bug without requiring python
or third-party libraries. That does fail on armhf with LLVM 10/11.

Since I don't know how to debug the state when pocl calls llvm, I'm
stuck here.
