[pkg-lua-devel] Outdated dependency for lua-resty-core

The lua-resty-core and lua-resty-lrucache packages depend on
libluajit2-5.1.2, which is pending removal per #1069780. Some binary
packages in sid have already dropped the or-libluajit2 dependency, e.g.
neovim 0.9.5-7, making them conflict with the lua-resty-* packages (and
thus nginx-extras). As far as I can tell luajit has adopted the
openresty version, so the lua-resty-* packages can now depend on
libluajit-5.1.2 instead.
