[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#867128: cmst | network-manager-gnome is to hard

The cmst dependency on cmst is to hard, but we really want a gui for networking for the
full blown lxqt meta-package:
   cmst [linux-any] | network-manager-gnome [linux-any] | ifupdown [!linux-any]
So it should be:
   cmst [linux-any] | nm-applet [linux-any] | network-manager-gnome [linux-any] | wicd | network-manager [linux-any] 
   | ifupdown [!linux-any]

With nm-applet, wicd and network-manager we cover the most common managers. With network-manager installed LXQt will have
no UI - one has to install the whished UI via apt.

Updated metapackage descriptions might be useful. A NEWS file might help too.
