[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#870138: lxqt-session should depend on lxqt-qtplugin

lxqt-qtplugin is the integrational component for the session - recommendation is to weak, the session should depend on it.

The whole LXQt looks and behave like crap without it, one who install lxqt-session really want this package. There is not much sense in the session without it.
