[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#916105: Acknowledgement (lxqt-panel: menu-button opens ~5.5cm above panel (on portrait display, normal on landscape))

I just did a QA-test of Lubuntu 19.04 daily (2018-12-30 04:14 ..
http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/398/builds/186240/testcases/1303/results/)
and had the same results.

Same hardware that I use to run debian testing the initial report was
made on.  Same two dell monitors (one of which allows rotation and is
used in portrait orientation).

On second (portrait) display, when selecting menu (panel at bottom)
about ~5.5cm gap exists between panel & menu when it appears.
