Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
I am transitioning users from Windows to Linux. LXQt on Debian is a good fit
for this, but bugs in the version of LXQt distributed with Debian (v0.14) make
it almost unusable--especially on newer equipment and portable devices.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Manually installed the current version of LXQt (v.16).

   * What was the outcome of this action?
This works but wastes time.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
I was expecting the current version of LXQt would be installed by the Debian
installer.
