Dear Maintainer,

A month or so ago I had the chance of talking to the dev of meteo-qt.
Obviously, he asked if I was using his app, but I wasn't and the core reason
(for me at least) was the need for an api key from openweathermap.
He said that the app nowadays provides a default key (v1.9+) and that he has
made a ton of improvements since 1.5 (released on late 2019).
So please, update the package in the repo before the freeze for debian 11 if
possible.
