[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#352632: mailman: fails to send mail with mysterious Python error in log

Joost asked about permissions on various directories.  That led me to
the real problem: I had accidentally put the archives in
/var/lib/mailman/mailman/archives, not /var/lib/mailman/archives. 

Fixing that fixed everything.
