[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Another change of plan

Hi Guys,

Sorry for another change of plan, but due to the previous plan slipping,
there's now not much time left before the general freeze. We therefore
need to move on quickly.

Still to do:
- Python transition. Ricardo told be this will be done later this day.

We also need some testing time so todays mirror pulse is out. Therefore,
I will definately upload the package before the mirror pulse tomorrow.
That will go on if the python transition is not there, since it's
probably not pivotal for stable (since python won't change much there).

So, please go ahead and test this thing. It might be our last chance.
