Bug#826099: mate-desktop 1.14 not yet in testing, breaking pluma, terminal (etc?) unless installed from unstable.

Some guy suggested that I was the problem, my "configuration" was the problem.
So:

Either the page about configuring desbian testing is wrong (
https://wiki.debian.org/fr/DebianTesting ) -- Therefore I should file ANOTHER
"bug" report about the webpage itself... Even if I've been using testing for
months.

OR, I'm at the right place, and mate-desktop is the problem.

Everything breaks for this reason:
(mate-terminal:4953): Gtk-ERROR **: GTK+ 2.x symbols detected. Using GTK+ 2.x
and GTK+ 3 in the same process is not supported
