Yes, it's commonly known that this information can be found in the PTS tracker [1]
and on release.debian.org [2]. As you can see there, atril migrates into testing
tomorrow. The mechanism is also explained in [3].

It might be advisable to read available documentation before using a development
release. This avoids common misconceptions and confusion.

You Can add unstable to your /etc/apt/sources.list and then add the proper entry
to your /etc/apt/preferences to pin unstable down to "99".
