Bug#743401: there is no mate-session-manager

Hi all,
Just saw upstream and saw that there is no mate-session-manager in
Debian while there is upstream.

I also saw that #730212 is the ITP for it. Don't really know if it
will have a .session file or not so can boot under gnome-session.

Looking forward to know more.
