Bug#743401: there is no mate-session-manager

Hi all,
Also I reassigned the bug because Emilio did share in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=743401#10 that
perhaps the right package would be a mate-session or something similar
to that.

In any case, a mate.session file is missing.

Look forward to seeing it.
