eom debian/changelog

eom (1.8.0+dfsg1-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=medium

   * New upstream release.
   * debian/watch:
     + Use tagged CGit tarball snapshots as upstream source.

Well, i know that i must add some changes we did in debian/rules and
debian/control.

Please guide me what should i do next to finish eom's packaging so
you can build it and upload it.
