eom-1.8.0-1 last changelog

Mike hi,
The last part of packaging we did together for eom should be ended
with updating debian/changelog.
After we last spoken i did a "git-dch --auto" and that command added
lines as:
[[eom (1.8.0+dfsg1-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=medium

   * New upstream release.
   * debian/watch:
     + Use tagged CGit tarball snapshots as upstream source.
   * debian/copyright: Adopt to file changes in latest upstream release.
   * debian/control: Set debhelper minimum version 9
   * debian/rules: Build package using autogen.sh.
