[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Synapse 1.61.0 broken

Dear Matrix maintainers,

since about two days my homeserver is down. The upgrade to Synapse 1.61.0 broke
on Debian Testing.

There is a mismatch with matrix-common. It is on 1.2.1 but Synapse needs between
1.1.0 and 1.2.0.

Will this be fixed soon? I'm cut off from Matrix now, and I cannot mess with
Debian and/or Python packages as this is a production server.
