[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Bug#1013974: Add extra orig tarballs as gbp components and use pristine-tar option

Please add all extra tarballs as component in gbp.conf and use 
pristine-tar branch to make building from git repo easy.

We are trying to build nheko in pureos and it is a a bit complicated 
right now

If we use gbp components and pristine-tar (we use it a lot in js-team) 
then origtargz or gbp export-orig --pristine-tar can create all the 
tarballs from the git repo. Currently we have to use apt source or dget 
to get the tarballs and this works only after a version is uploaded to 
archive.
