Hi Russell,

I don't think any policies have been made about which packages can or
can't be associated with this group so I think it would be perfectly OK
for you to do this for mon

Any feedback you have on the other packages would be very welcome too. 
I recently tried to update loganalyzer and test it with the
rsyslog-pgsql package, they work together quite well using
dbconfig-common, if anybody else could give feedback about either of
these it would be great.  I also found loganalyzer useful for detecting
any new problems in logs after upgrading systems to stretch.
