but you make the same with iceape?! If I build icedove 3.0, there aren't
any dev-file to pack into the -dev package. According to Alex icedove
2.0 package, no *.pc files, no /usr/share/idl/*, no
/usr/include/icedove/* and no binaries called regxpcom or
icedove-config. Could anybody told me, who animate icedove to spit out
these files?

Same as above. Line 15 in iceape-2.0/debian/rules.
