software is licensed under one of MPL 1.1/GPL 2.0/LGPL 2.1,
please mention that in copyright file.

Also, you should consider adding license headers for GPL and LGPL,
and full MPL license in copyright file, instead of providing
MPL-1.1.gz file in the binary package.
