ah, the addons.mozilla.org page for it shows the license as MPL-1.1 only, but i
see now that several of the js/css/xul files have tri-license headers. i'll go
email the author for clarification.

i don't believe it's a good idea to do custom formatting on huge unformatted
plain text files. i had been in a discussion with debian policy to address this
but it's not going anywhere.

atm we're just doing the same thing as the iceweasel package, which is allowed
for by policy but technically against the DEP5 format.
